- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with proof of purchase. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ensure the correct product is sent to you at no extra cost or issue a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Products that are customized or personalized.
- Any item purchased as part of a clearance sale or promotional offer.
- Minor color or design variations that may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
How to Request a Refund:

Refund Processing:
